Registered Massage Therapist

Emily is an Honors graduate of the Massage Therapist program at Trillium College, and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO). She is passionate about helping people feel better and get better through the therapeutic touch of massage.

Prior to embarking on her career in massage, Emily worked in the trades. She started out as a Carpenter, then worked as an Outdoor Educator, Fitness Instructor and Lifeguard, before spending a decade working as a Welder Fabricator. Although she thoroughly enjoyed this work, she wanted a change that allowed her to make a difference in peoples’ lives while still using her hands.

She is a compassionate, caring, and empathetic person who will make you feel welcomed and genuinely cared for – because you are.

Emily is well versed in Swedish massage techniques, relaxation massage, sports massage, post-injury recovery, lymphatic drainage, hot stone massage, myofascial release, cupping, and deep tissue massage. She especially enjoys helping athletes recover from workouts, and post-injury rehabilitation.

She enjoys being active outside – camping, paddling, and cycling – and is always dreaming of her next travel destination.
